Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy is applicable for up to 30 days from the day of the order. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you any refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Since Devarpan is about Puja Samagaris and items of religious/spiritual significance, several types of goods are exempt from being returned. All perishable items such as Ghee, Havan Samagris, flowers, and Puja utensils (plates, Panchpatras, spoons, Havan Kunda, and custom-made Yantras, etc. cannot be returned. 

Therefore, we want to highly emphasize that if you are not sure about the purchase, please do not buy at all because the sanity (Shuddhi, and freshness) of the Puja Samagri is of utmost importance to our customers and the reason we do not return most Puja items is that we cannot turn around and sell a returned item to another customer as a fresh item for their Puja.

If you accidentally purchased something that needs to be returned, we may be able to return the item and provide you with a refund (minus shipping charges, if any) if the item’s original box is not opened, and the original seal of the item is not broken.

Also, to complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase for the items that we are able to return.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 days of the approval of your refund.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] and we will send you the instructions and address to return the item to one of our support centers.

Shipping returns

In cases where we are able to process a replacement/exchange, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may want to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and if we do not receive the item, we will not be able to provide you with a refund.
